At Build Wright Construction, we build modern homes that are true to the architect's vision and responsive to the client's needs. We are innovating a new standard in home construction by synchronizing the latest in 3D modelling technology with our network of highly skilled tradespeople. Our process begins in the early development stages by establishing a positive and constructive environment. This early collaborative approach brings confidence and excitement towards the common goal, while earning the trust of Architects and Homeowners.
D E S I G N
Architectural Design always begins with the client, so an open line of communication is established to outline expectations, timeline and budget. We often work with Architects to collaboratively help develop a strong conceptual design. We offer construction detailing, and consulting services that provide unique building solutions without compromising design intent. Along the way we offer constructability and cost analysis to ensure the project is feasible.
P L A N
With a solid understanding of the project requirements, design, and client expectations. We then assist with structural coordination, and other third party consultants in preparation for a building permit submission. After the permit application, we create a detailed estimate using our integrated project management software. This platform provides a one stop shop for all project related documents, photos, and drawings. The budget is then revised following a tendering process, contracts are awarded, and a schedule is built to determine a construction timeline.
B U I L D
Our design-plan-build approach really pays off with efficiencies and results in the seamless execution of ideas. Routine site meetings are scheduled to monitor critical path items and progress. Site management is tracked daily to ensure quality standards and timeline commitments are met. We are licensed builders with HPO and proud GVHBA members. Our expert tradespeople, site supervisors, and project coordinators bring a spirit of openness and collaboration throughout the construction process.
